These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of FinlandDrivingTest.com (“Website”).
By using the website, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. General Terms

• • Accessing or using the website means you accept these Terms.
  • If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
  • FinlandDrivingTest.com is not associated with Traficom or any official testing authority.

2. 1-Day Free Trial

• • Users may access a 1-Day Free Trial of all practice tests.
  • Payment details may be required via PayPal/Stripe.
  • If the trial is not canceled before 24 hours, the selected plan auto-renews.
  • Cancellation must be done through PayPal/Stripe’s subscription management page.

3. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewals

Plans may include:

• • Quick Plan – 7 Days
  • Smart Plan – 30 Days
  • Master Plan – 90 Days

Additional details:

• • Plans renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Payments are securely processed by PayPal/Stripe.
  • We do not store payment card details.

4. Subscription Management, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions and recurring payments are managed exclusively through PayPal.

Users must manage and cancel their subscriptions by logging into their PayPal account and stopping the active subscription under
PayPal Account → Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments.

Once a subscription is canceled in PayPal, no future charges will be made.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

• • Duplicate charges
  • Erroneous or incorrect billing caused by a system error

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• • Failure to cancel before the end of a free trial period
  • Partial or full use of a subscription
  • Forgetting to cancel an active subscription
  • Dissatisfaction after accessing digital content
  • Renewals after prior successful billing cycles

Website Subscriptions (PayPal)

• • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the user’s PayPal account
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only
  • Access remains available until the end of the current trial or paid billing period
  • Deleting a website account does not automatically cancel an active PayPal subscription

6. No Government Affiliation

We are not affiliated with:

• • Traficom
  • Ajovarma
  • Finnish driving schools
  • Any government exam body

Our tests are only practice simulations, not official questions.

7. License of Use

Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to:

• • Access learning materials
  • Use practice tests
  • View flashcards and mock exams

Users may not:

• • Copy, download, or redistribute content
  • Upload materials elsewhere
  • Share login credentials
  • Use content for commercial purposes

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. No Guarantee of Passing

We do not guarantee:

• • Passing the official Finland driving theory test
  • That official exam questions will match practice questions

Our materials are for educational purposes only.

9. Website Changes

We may modify:

• • Features
  • Sisältö

  • Plans
  • Terms

Continuing to use the website means you accept these changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• • Exam performance
  • Data loss
  • Technical issues
  • Payment provider outages
  • Service interruptions
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

If your local law restricts such limitations, the minimum permitted standard applies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes will be handled under Finnish jurisdiction.

12. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

• • Policy violations
  • Misuse of materials
  • Fraud or chargebacks
  • Sharing accounts

Users terminated for violating rules are not eligible for refunds.

We do not control or take responsibility for third-party links on the website.
